3. No Refunds Policy

Because the nature of the product is explicitly stated as "Nothing," and because the digital certificate is generated and delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or returns under any circumstances. Initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider claiming you "received nothing" constitutes fraud, as the receipt of nothing is the explicitly stated premise of the transaction.

4. User Conduct

When purchasing and choosing an alias for the public leaderboard, you agree not to use offensive, defamatory, illegal, or trademarked terms. We reserve the right to remove or alter any alias on the leaderboard at our sole discretion without notice or liability.

In no event shall NOTHING or its creators be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of the website shall not exceed the amount you paid to us.
